With your consent

NDIS and government bodies

As a registered NDIS provider we may be required to share information with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or other relevant government bodies in the course of delivering services or meeting our compliance obligations.

Legal obligations

We may disclose personal information where required by law, court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to the health or safety of any person.

Service providers

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering services — including IT providers, accounting software, and communication platforms.
