Making Sense of Your NDIS Plan
Support Coordination is a funded support within your NDIS plan that helps you understand and use your plan effectively. It's designed to build your capacity to connect with providers, manage your supports, and move toward your goals.
Not everyone gets Support Coordination automatically — it needs to be included in your plan. If you believe you'd benefit from it, a Support Coordinator can help you make the case at your next plan review.
